iPhone App Limit

Recently a friend asked if I had any ideas why he couldn’t get a certain iPhone app to show up. The App Store indicated it was downloaded and he was synced with his iTunes which also indicated that he had the App. It just wouldn’t show up on his iPhone.

He’d already tried everything I could think of off the top of my head so it remained a mystery.

A few days later he told me that he’d figured it out. Turns out you are only allowed nine pages of apps on your iPhone, and he’d filled it up. Nine pages with sixteen apps apiece makes 144 total. No wonder I couldn’t help.
